The Initial Bylaws were adopted by the Board of Directors December 11, 2001, with an effective date of January 1, 2002. The Bylaws were adopted as amended by the membership on April 24, 2002The Board of Directors adopted NAR mandated changes to Articles IV, V, VI, and X on October 23, 2002 (Institute Affiliate Members.)
The membership approved amendments to Article X, XI, and XVII on June 2, 2004.
