Section 1. AUTHORITY. The Association shall maintain for the use of its members a Multiple Listing Service which shall be operated by a separate corporation, hereinafter referred to in these bylaws as the MLS. Section 2. Local Service Center. The association shall establish a local service center fee for Participants, Subscribers, and Users of the MLS. The local service center fees shall be established by the association board of directors.Posted by PRO Thu, 27 Oct 2011 07:36:00 GMT
Section 3. Application for Participation. Application for participation shall be made in such manner and form as may be prescribed by MLS and made available to any real estate brokerage principal of this or any other association requesting it. The form of the application shall be determined by the MLS. The application may be electronic and shall require the applicant to click on the terms of use; or if paper, shall require a signed agreement to the terms of use.
