Section 2. AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY. The President and CEO, as Chief Executive Officer, shall manage and direct the activities and operations of the Association subject to the policies and the business plans adopted by the Board of Directors

Article XIV - Executive and Staff - Section 3

Section 3. DUTIES. The President and CEO’s duties shall include but not be limited to:
  • Supervision, management, control, compensating, hiring and firing all employees and independent contractors.
  • Implementation of all Association policy, financial and other planning decisions of the Board of Directors.
  • Maintaining all corporate records and seals.
