Article XIII - Indemnification

Each person who at any time shall serve, or shall have served, as a director, officer, employee or agent of the Association and such other persons as specified from time to time by the Board of Directors, shall be entitled to indemnification as and to the fullest extent permitted by Chapter 617 of the Florida Corporations Not for Profit Act or any successor statutory provision, as from time to time amended. The foregoing right of indemnification shall be in addition to and not exclusive of any other rights to which those indemnified may be entitled.back to top
