Section 3. DUTIES. The President and CEO’s duties shall include but not be limited to:- Supervision, management, control, compensating, hiring and firing all employees and independent contractors.
- Implementation of all Association policy, financial and other planning decisions of the Board of Directors.
- Maintaining all corporate records and seals.
