B. COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD The Board of Directors shall consist of the officers, (Chairman, Chairman-Elect, Treasurer, and Secretary); the Immediate Past Chairman, or in the event the Immediate Past Chairman is unable to serve, a Past Chairman willing to serve; six (6) elected Directors, and two (2) appointed Directors. The President shall serve on the Board of Directors as an ex-officio member without vote.
